No ebook download or feedback

I ordered the recipe ebook on 1 Dec 2024 and the download link never worked. I've sent a facebook message, numerous emails and whatsapp the business but get no response.

There is a business registered in 2020 with a similar name in South Africa and the hosting for the website was only registered in Aug 2024. This does not seem like a legit business.
