Staff don't take responsibility after injury to pedestrian

30th November 2020. Driver hits me almost killing me with his truck while myself and my girlfriend are walking on a pavement. Driver refuses his or his company details, his manager Raj at the manaba store refuse me any information, I get told there is a legal team and a lot of other ****.. he to refused to give me any information. The directors of bargain are a bunch of arrogant, heartless,, think they are holier than tho, *********** people who refuse to worry how their staff handle issues. Many times tried calling and nobody at bargain knows who they are working for. Two months have passed and not one phone call to me to see if I am ok or if my partner was ok. They claim to do good for the community meanwhile they hide behind the Margate police and rather charge me with damage to property and a few other things. Bargain express thinks this is over bit it's actually far from that.
