Feel ******

I feel blindly ****** as I supported this store almost everyday and a simple request to return unwanted items was declined. The manner in which the situation was handled was perthatic for a manager. The till slip was put into the draw box, I requested to find items and explained that my slip was put into the draw box but was just told there's nothing we can do, another manager stepped inn and offered to look for items but explained a while later that it was closing of month and they cannot track items. As for the manager in charged he sat down and watched us wait for an answer and waited a long time later to pass the message that he cannot help us. He did not have customer ethics to even wake up and give us an explanation of what was going on. He had a don't care attitude !!! A big store but so disgusting manager! The other managers did try to help out but did advise they were just assistance and the manager of the store has the last say! I spent thousands of rands in this store and to return items that was less than R50 was such an issue. The slip was in the box it's not like I lost the slip. The draw that was supposed to happen did not! It was a ****!!!
