WORST BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH

Got to be the worst, on the 18th March 2023 I placed an order and paid for it for a pair of shoes with this online Company. To date I've received no goods and when enquiring about the delivery I get fobbed off with automated emails, informing me that the shipment is delayed, or we're out of office because were in the East sorting out our orders. It's one excuse after another. I've also sent banking details for a refund, with no response.
