Big ****MERS - Bargin Shop dress for less

Bought a pair of shoes online at the Bargin Shop Dress for Less. It never came. They first emailed me that there was a delay in shipment when I questioned them on merchandise that I purchased a month ago. After I emailed them a 2n and 3rd time they never rep**** again. Obviously a big rotten ****😤😫
