Bargain Shop - Dress for Less - Items not delivered, Refund not Given, Blocked from communication channels

I placed an order through Bargain Shop Dress for Less on 11 April 2023. I was advised that orders take up to 30 days. The items were not delivered and on querying why i was advised that the shipment was delayed and I was offered a refund. I asked, on 23 May 2023 that the refund be processed but no refund has been received.

My husband and I have since been blocked from the Facebook page and the Whatsapp channel. The emails received are few and far between. All they advise is that there are delays.

Before i was blocked from the Facebook page, I saw people had commented on the page also asking for their refunds/items. They continue to upload new items on a regular basis however it seems people are not receiving them.
