Bargain Shop does not deliver

DO NOT USE! Items ordered and paid for 18 April 2023. Various mails sent before receiving reply 3 May 2023. Another batch of mails sent requesting refund, answered on 5 June 2023 with "shipment should arrive within 10 days". Today is 27 June, no stock and no feedback.
