****my deals and ****my attitude to refund requests

This business has many positive reviews on facebook which I believe are all ****. In 1,5 years using them I experienced only a nightmare with customer service. Examples from my experience:

1. Selling deals for business that is closed. Refusing refund - even credit - for vouchers bought while still selling them on their website. 2. Refusing refund for accommodation voucher when the stay was cancelled by the supplier when supplier got other bookings with non-voucher guests. Supplier did not even call me, their voucher-guest, to apologise for anything. Bargain buys in turn refused to provide a refund, and made a fictitious claim against me for not abiding my suppliers policy when I didn't even use the voucher or said anything wrong to the supplier. 3. Refusing credit refund for vouchers that expire in 3 months time - their refund policy states that credit refunds are possible for vouchers that do not expire within 30 days since request. Their motivation was that they don't provide refunds if customer is no longer interested! They offered to put vouchers back in stock and give me a refund once they sell - and if they don't? 4. When I requested a member of the management team to contact me, they said they closed my account without giving me any refund for vouchers I have not used. 5. When I said I will report them to police for ***** - which it is - they said they will bring charges against me to. I suspect these are purely fictitious too.

Do I need to mention more?

I don't know how come they don't have any other reviews of experiences like these. Am I the only one they hate?
