bargainvent is a ****

I ordered a lovedoll from them on the 11 November and still my order has not been shiped...they never reply to my emails and have no contact details...i noticed there website is also taken down..my daughter was looking foward to her doll now what do i tell her. I dont have money to even buy her n new present...i saved for that doll for months . Please help
