So I ordered a Smeg machine for with them, upon opening I found it had a dent when I spoke to them about they referred me some Zizo who sent me a WhatsApp message about how the machine has exceeded its 7 days return policy therefore they can’t do anything about my query such pathetic service. I mean why are propelled to open staff within 7 days if you ever see me buy anything there never.
