Incredible Customer Service

Ordered a new Samsung double door fridge after only finding the one I wanted at Bargains Online. I had not dealt with them before and was pleasantly suprised at how quickly the fridge arrived in Joburg from East London. Unfortunately the fridge I received was dented on the front and side after some questionable logistics by an external company. I got in contact with them the next day and dealt with Tammiryn. I cannot commend her customer service enough. The communication and clarity in how she sorted out the collection and delivery of a new fridge was unbelieavble. Exactly 3 days after telling them about the issue, my new fridge arrived in perfect condition. All companies can be good when things go well, but it is companies that are good when things go bad that will make me come back.
