Great service

I have purchased a Japanese TV from Bargains Online. Before ordering I have done research and found an ad from the manufacturer where they claimed that the set had apple iplay as a built in function. This was incorrect. I contacted Bargainsonline.co.za and spoke to Nomaza. What followed made me believe in customer service again. The manufacturer danced around the issue. After updating the firmware they responded by saying that I made an incorrect purchase. I was very upset. Nomaza got involved and kept on talking to me and the manufacturer. She arranged for a replacement with apple airplay. She also arranged for the delivery and the pickup of the first purchased set to happen as close to each other as possible. She communicated frequently and efficiently despite the pressure being between me and the manufacturer.

Their Customer service really shined when they could easily have backed the manufacturer and leave the customer stranded.

I'll buy from them again with confidence.
