Excellent Service on large appliance purchase

It’s the first time I’ve purchased a large appliance online, and given the fact that bargains online is 750km away; I was really hesitant to make the online purchase. Thankfully however my concerns were abated when the Defy Fridge I purchased arrived perfectly packaged and excellent working order. In effect it had Defys quality test label on the back of the fridge which was a month prior to the purchase, so the Appliance was brand new!!! Wow what service I received, Zizo the customer sales rep kept me updated through the entire sales process and amazingly the Fridge Arrived here in Sedgefield three days after purchase.
