Bad service

I ordered a Hisense fridge on Friday 16th December and on Monday 19th December asked for an update on my order, they told me that it would be picked up by courier that afternoon and that I would get notified on delivery dates and tracking number. I called this morning the 20th of December and again I was told that it would be collected this afternoon or tomorrow morning first thing, I then receive a call at past three and they told me that the item I ordered is out of stock, I called them back and said I wanted a refund as soon as possible, meaning today so that I can order another fridge somewhere else as it is a Christmas gift. I am still awaiting the Paygate notification for my refund and now I will have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund aswell, this is unacceptable. This is very bad service and a waste of my time. I would not recommend this online store to anybody.
