Lack of professionalism, Biased and ********* practice

Absolutely disgusted at this so called council , recently I’ve have had staff members that had been absconding work duties eventually these staff members had taken the company up to the council as their work positions had to be replaced with other members of staff , rather than mediating the situation and working out a “FAIR” resolution to the situation they choose to immediately try and compensate the staff members regardless of their misconduct and breach of company policy by pressuring and forcing business owners into settlement agreements, in cases where the owners do not agree to settlements the council then proceeds to threaten owners with taking the cases to arbitrators , I was told by the commissioner that I should rather “cut my losses” than escalate the matter to arbitration, I made the mistake of not taking legal representation but upon further legal advice I have been advised that these practices are biased and *********
