bad service!!!!

this is the worst experience in getting stock from a supplier ever!! no one gets back to a customer regarding feedback they make mistakes with orders and do not inform customers!! when you try and reach the relevant people, there is no answer on ANY PHONE, payment gets done, and you wait months for confirmation on a pick, and when you can pick it up, the order is wrong!!!!!
