Monies paid but no goods delivered

We have being battling to get back our monies paid for our last purchase and to date have not been successful. I have spoken to Faranaz at payfast for this payment and was informed that 'bargain bay deals account has been black listed with them and will not be able to get back any monies from them.<br> <br> Please can I stress the importance of getting back our monies as it is a lot of monies that we have paid for something we do not have. We had purchased this for the security of a new home we had purchased and have not received this.<br> <br> <br>
