UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - BAD SERVICE / BAD PRODUCTION

In June I went to Bargain Tents head office in Durban looking for gold Tiffany chairs. On show they had a gold wooden tiffany chair and asked them to send a quote for 200 chairs. They said they will give me a price of R380 per chair which came up to R76000. On the 24th of June I paid a deposit of R38000 and they promised to deliver in 2 weeks and that didn't happen, the chairs were only finished in August and paid the balance on the 13/08 and my brother collected the chairs on my behalf coz I stay in Empangeni and he is in Durban. When I saw the chairs the material they used was plastic not wooden as the one I saw on display, the colour was not the same either, the chairs were untidy and short of cushions. I phoned and COMPLAINED, ended up fighting and demanding that they re-do the chairs. I told them i have an event on 19/09 and they promised to deliver on15/09 which didn't happen, they kept on asking for one more day and only got them on Saturday(19/09) afternoon at 4:00pm, the chairs were not assembled, and didn't give us anything to use to assemble them, the cushions were not the same as the one they showed me (cant tie them) they untidy, the holes are smaller then *****s.
