Still no feedback

Started by finding their information as my wife and I wanted to buy a tent for our wedding. We where promised it would be manufactured and delivered to us by Thursday 29 Oct 2014 as our wedding was on Sat 01 Nov. Well it never arrived on time even though we had paid in full and had been promised delivery in the week leading up to the wedding. This company did not even have the decency to answer phone calls when I was trying to get a hold of them. The next thing that happened was the tent did not even fit over the frame they had manufactured for it. now 6 months down the line the tent is falling to pieces, the sides are *********** and there are holed in the tent covering, (this is supposedly an outdoor tent) I have tried on numerous occasions to phone, email and whats app the people involved in this company. when I eventually do get through to them I get told that its not their problem or that they will get back to me. SHAME ON YOU BARGAIN TENTS. As soon as they have your money there is zero customer service.
