Poor Service

I have placed a order (***8) via Bid or Buy to this Company.The person sent me the package with the correct description on it,but inside was a totally different product that on the the description. Try contacting him via phone no answer,via email after a lot off calls to bid or buy only once. Bid or buy contacted him numerous times. Why is there still companies like this that have there doors open?
