Still waiting for my order after a month

I ordered a popular book from their branch in Waterstone, Somerset West. It has already been over a month and I still have not received the book. I have phoned them twice and they keep telling me it's a supplier issue. Today they said they will be getting the book from another branch later this week. Why on earth have they not done this earlier? I simply assumed that it was sold out everywhere but it seems I overestimated their logistical and service skills. Next time I will just order my books from Takealot.
