Pathetic Service

I went to the store on the 06/10/2015, to look for a book I saw been advertised. I regret even stepping in there because the ladies who were working there were so nasty and rude towards me. I explained that I wasn't sure what the book is called but I know on twitter its been advertised as Im In by the Dragons Den, I further explained to them that its the South African version of the Dragons Den. The one lady told me that I was looking for a kiddies book and I told her nope it was a series on SA television, she was so rude that I decided not to speak to her. I the asked Caroline to assist me she asked who the author was and I told her Im not sure I know that the 5 Dragons all contributed towards writing it. I told her I would google, she rudely rep**** that what do I think she was on cause she was also on google. Anyway the last girl who came to assist me to pay for books I had purchased was better up until she said not everyone chases after money like I do. I told her I needed that book to advance my knowledge and skills on how I can go about pitching my business idea that I have for women & children living in rural areas. I paid for the book and never received it up until today
