No idea about Customer Service :(
<p>My 10 year old son is an avid David Walliams fan. His granny bought him 2 books for Christmas, as gifts from Bargain Books Beacon bay Retail Park. In error, one book was an Afrikaans version of the book. When I took it back to the Beacon Bay branch where the book was purchased, they refused to swop it for the English version because I did not have the slip for the gift.</p> <p>Catch a wake up Bargain Books! This could've easily been resolved by just swopping the Afrikaans version for the English one but instead you have a disappointed 10 year old and a fuming mom. Not cool :(</p>
