Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed in my visit this morning to Bargain books n1 city. I went to exchange a book as I had 2 books the same given to me as a Xmas gift. I always ONLY go to this branch as its 5min away from where I stay. Upon my arrival I was helped by 2 lovely ladies ( an elderly lady and a younger one) and assisted me best they could. When the manager came she told me that she cant accept the book as is which I had no issue. Firstly she did not introduce herself to me by name or saying she is the manager, secondly she does say bye and thirdly as I was walking out another young female sitting outside the store looking so happy to be there ( I'm being sarcastic) when I asked her for the managers name she says why? So I asked again could I please get the managers name so again she says but why and pulls a face. Third time I ask for the managers name and again I get ask WHY. If this is the type of people working at your store then i sure as heck wont want to go back. Very disappointed
