Concerned Customer

Good day, I was truly distressed this morning when I visited your branch in Klerksdorp. Upon entering the store proper protocol for Covid 19 was followed. I was sanitized at the door and assisted by one of your staff members from a safe distance. What surprised me was when I noticed that one of the other staff members was coughing and sniveling with watery eyes, even a blind man could see that this man is sick. Ofcourse he had his mask on and was constantly sanitizing his hand, but in the current state of the world why is such risky behaviour allowed.

I don't feel like taking chances with my health.

Is this how your company treats it's stuff members when they are sick during the time of a pandemic? This is truly unacceptable.

I am still shocked because I always get amazing service from branch in Matlosana Mall. Why are you risking the lives of your staff and customers?
