Bargain Books Mall Of Africa

I had a very unpleasant experience earlier on today when I visited Bargain Books in Mall Of Africa. As a teacher for 13 years, never have I ever been accused of “putting something in my bag” (*****ing to be blunt) even after purchasing a book titled “Man’s Search for Meaning”.

I was on the phone as I reached into my handbag to get my wallet and I had one book on the counter, as a lady named Angie, accused me of having put something into my bag. I then proceeded to tell her calmly that I have not placed anything into my handbag but only reaching for my wallet. I then politely told the lady that I felt insulted and she didn't even bother apologizing.

Personally I will never enter that store again after experiencing such treatment and I will not even recommend to anyone because of this lady. It was an embarrassing ordeal that I never want to experience ever again.
