Bargain Books Grahamstown disappointment

Firstly, the Grahamstown/Makhanda branch has horrible staff. I am stunned and in disbelief. I was a regular there, this holiday my grandchildren came to visit and I took them to the store to buy books. My grandchildren were followed by the so called security. My grandchildren were followed by this person. Children ranging in age from 5 to 12. There seem to be a racial profiling element to it, as a white older male, I was not followed my mixed race grandchildren were. I clearly observed this.

I am very disappointed, I had to explain to my grandchildren, over their holidays what this world is like, how they should be aware of random and subtle ******, in a simple cozy space like a bookshop, not a great memory Bargain books.
