Amazing service, amazing staff member

If I could give more stars, I would! I have always been that person that has the desire to read, but ends up buying something that has the potential to be good, reads less than a chapter and in no time at all, the book is years old, untouched and covered in dust. I had given up on trying to be that avid book worm for years until about a month ago, just in time for the new year resolutions, I decided to try again. I was doing my monthly shopping at the old brigh****er commons and I came across bargain books (who doesn't love a good bargain, and books! Just what I needed). I walked in with no expectations at all and asked a lady by the name of Chloe to recommend something to me. Mind you, I couldn't tell her an author, name of the book or anything that would help her make a decision, but she was so friendly and we managed to agree on the fiction section, which she led me to after she learnt that I am indeed a sappy romantic who can binge watch romance all day. Chloe led me to an author by the name of Jojo moyes and told me about the newest book that she was busy reading called the giver of stars and also about a book that she swore by called the one plus one. I was skeptical at first, as every other bookshop I had ever gone to always told me nonsense about a book that they haven't even read and just sold me the book to get money in their till. But, with Chloe's light-hartedness, brief discription and genuine passion about the book, I decided to go for it. WOW WOW WOW! Let me tell you, I could not put that book down, I loved every single bit about it and today I came back to get the giver of stars (which she says is amazing and I'm so excited!)

Thank you Chloe! You have lit the passion for reading that I always wish that I had! I will for sure be coming back for more! Bargain books, you have a great staff member right there and she should be immensely applauded.
