Xoli gives great service

We have been looking for a study guide for a matric subject for a while and have been advised by many book shops that there was no stock. On Friday afternoon we went to Bargain Books New Market Mall and asked. Xoli, the assistant went out of her way to find a book that would help us. The one we were looking for was not in stock. She searched similar books and found a match in Mall of Africa branch. Xoli phoned them and arranged for a transfer of the book. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. Xoli, you are a keeper.
