Sold the car for R35000 more than retail price and car wasn't service

We bought a car from Murvans Auto's trading as Bargain Autos 33 3rd Street, Geduld, Springs in September. They told me that the extended warranty will be taken out on the car, and when something happens to the car like a gearbox breaks we won't pay in anything. Only after I change insurance companies a week later, I realize that they overcharged me by R35000. When I contacted them, they told me that the prize were correct. But now I'm sitting with a car that can only be insured R35000 less than the amount that I paid. Secondly the extended warranty wasn't taken out as well, and after investigation I realize the car km is 220 000km and the extended warranty only covers R20 000 if I take out an extended warranty. That won't cover any gearbox or turbo faulty. Thirdly when I contact them to find out what includes the delivery fees of R2999 that they have added on the invoice they told me it's for the service and registration. In the meantime I found out that the car last service was in February only, so that means the car wasn't service before we bought it. Also I'm struggle for the last almost two months to get the road worthy certificate from them. They told me it's loaded on the Natis system. We phone them numerous times, email them, and they just ignoring us.
