Bargain autos springs

I bought a bmw 320i f30 from bargain autos and was chuffed about the car, I know the owner for some good years, when I purchased the vehicle he gave me a free service, I then told him we should send it in asap, I showed my oil and filters extra was done, 11k kms and just over 6 months the cars timing chain broke, I contacted him to inform him the situation and that the oil had never being changed in the bmw, oil was sent to wear check for analyzing, he then asked what's the damages to fix it, I told him and sent a invoice, he told me he could assist with 9k that I had paid for parts, that's not even 15% of the invoice, he then blocked me on what's app and didn't reply with me at all, anyways I just want to put it out there that they will take you for a ride and tell you things like the car has full service history extra, please be very careful of what you buy, there are many more car dealers around springs with cars that run better and much more helpful than them, super disappointing from them
