WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE EVER!!!!!!

<p>Communication sucks, as sales person nor principal liaise with me regarding my car. And i need to contact them 24/7 for feedback and i don't get a straight answer, and all i get is lies on top of lies. . . how do i pay a car i dont have?</p> <p> </p> <p>When my husband and i went to check the vehicle, a cleaner stared the car and it was smoking heavily......When i said WTH!!??? The Sale's man said & i quote: You dont need to worry, there's nothing wrong with the car, it had it's service done and the plugs got wet....really dont worry, I promise you I won't sell you a piece of ****.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well, again....as i've told the saleman before...the car isn't a piece of ****.....i just got a ****ty deal! How could they allow us to take the vehicle kwowing the following issues, and from purchase date i only had the car for 3 days! :( </p> <p> </p> <p>1. Breaks are feaulty, it shows on the dash. ( Husband checked - metal to metal) should something seriously first need to happen, because it's a family car!</p> <p>2. Oil leaks</p> <p>3. Terrible smoke when started.</p> <p>4. Spare tyre flat</p> <p>5. Window washer fluid low ( also shows on dash)</p> <p>6. CD Shuttle dont work</p> <p>7. Rear fog light not working ( also shows on dash)</p> <p>8. Injectors was never replaced</p> <p>9. Car fuming up due to oil, and kids & i had a terrible headache due to the fumes.</p> <p> </p> <p>We were told to take a nice long drive and drive the car through. What that means i don't know. From Cape town to Herm**** & back are no joke with that fumes. </p> <p> </p> <p>Anyways, as i've stated i only had the car for 3 days........and it's been with the dealership for 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>What and how now?! Because all i'm getting is half stories, lies on top of lies, no straight answers & attitude from a saleman who does not return any of our calls when we call to the dealership. His either not there, or his busy, and his phone is off completely or he blocked our numbers. Last chat was on Friday via Whatsapp and he said let's sort this out on Monday before he says something he'll regret! </p> <p> </p> <p>hmmmmmm....</p> <p> </p> <p>Still nothing!</p>
