Lying and selling of unroadworthy vehicle

I have bought a 2012 Volvo XC60 D3 through Carels Auto via Bargain Auto on 21 October 2015. Since day one there was lying as I asked Carel Smith if the vehicle has satnav and rear view camera, and he assured me it does, he just doesn't know where to find it in the vehicle. so I canceled my deal with another dealership for the Volvo he is selling. till today I have not received my license disk, so im driving around with a ******* vehicle.<br> <br> There was promised that he's got it, and will send to me, till I show up unexpectedly only to be told he is going to get it now. again lying when he phoned later to tell me that he cant get it cause I have a fine from 2 years ago, but I bought my wife a brand new car a week after i bought my Volvo and they gave me a new disc withing a week? <br> <br> so I paid the fine, and still no license disc, just lies and excuses!<br> <br> Then I noticed a noise, took car to my mechanic and this vehicle shouldnt even be roadworthy, Front control arm bushes torn, Brakes are worn, rear tires are worn. so I have to drive a unsafe car, which is not legally on the road. How can you justify that? <br> <br> I would like to know whether you will fix or give me back my money!!!!!
