BARGAIN AUTO REFUSED TO CANCEL THE DEAL & REFUND ABSA

I bought a vehicle with the dealership BARGAIN AUTO on the 28/11/2018. On the 29/11/2018 I visited them for a faulty clutch, but still same problem persist. I went back to them on the 04/12/20198 due to the same problem & informed them that I’ll be going to the EC. On the way to the EC on the 05/11/2018 in the morning, it was a bearing knock. I wanted to cancel the deal then but they convinced me that they will overall the entire engine & they promised that it will ready by the 12/12/2018 or 13/12/2018. When I called them on the 12/12/2018 they promised that the vehicle will be ready for collection on 18 December 2018 at 12h00 I enquired on the 19/12/2018. They rep**** that they have followed up with the Workshop that morning and the Workshop confirmed that the vehicle will tentatively be ready for collection tomorrow afternoon at 16h00 (20/12/2018). I requested ABSA to cancel the contract on the 19/12/2018 & Warren from ABSA suggested that we must give the dealer 48 hours to respond on cancellation. On the 21/12/2018 I followed up with ABSA (Warren Jacobs) & he gave Susan’s number to call. Susan van Aswegen tried to convinced me & sounded like a sales person & Eventually she sent me her email address to forward the cancellation request, which I did. I have a recorded call with Susan & an email for the 21/12/2018 to cancel the deal but yet she claims that the vehicle was ready for collection on the 20/12/2018 which is not true & she **** saying I’m not a first time vehicle purchaser. I AM A FIRST TIME VEHICLE PURCHASER & SHE REPLY TO THE BANK THAT THEY ARE STILL LOOKING ONTO THE MATTER ON THE 21/12/2018

I REGRET THE FIRST DAY I ENTER THERE.

I REQUESTED THE CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED & REFUND ME MY PETROL.
