BAD POOR SERVICE FROM GOODLUCK CAR AND BARGAIN AUTO SA

I don't want to give this company any rating!!!!! ZERO, NIL NOTHING. Bargain Auto is in charge of Goodluckcars. We bought our car from Goodluckcars. A lot of things were wrong on the car and we were promisd that all will be fixed. I signed the contract without stipulating all the things that were supposedly fixed, as the car went through the test. Just to find out that the breaks were finsihed, the shocks were finished. They promised to fix all the things as it supposedly were done and already paid for. Nothing happened. We found out a couple of months later that the person we were dealing with is not with them any more due to irregularities. I contacted Susan from Bargain Auto as she was in charge. I sent through all the proof to her that we were promised that the car will be fixed. Susan did not come back to me. I followed up and followed up. BAD BAD service and dealerships. Nobody can answer my question or want to take responsibility for: How did the car go through the test if the breaks(back and front) and the shocks were finished. The wipers were finished - I replaced them just like we replaced the shocks. The breaks that they fixed were not fixed properly- apparently the drums were not sceemed and now it screems like a back-yeard build up car. HOW DID THE CAR PASS THE TEST WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS STILL BROKEN???
