Zero customer service on exchanges

Received my shoes in good order and then had to exchange them because of the size. The last email I received said that the exchange was approved and it would take 5 days. It has now been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. No response to my emails (I get automated responses, so they don't count) and the tracking number they gave me does not work. NOT a South African company - the contact number they provide is a Cyprus number - so there's no way to talk to someone locally and sort out the problem... Even contacting them via Facebook has garnered a generic response. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
