Worst

Ordered 1 pair W3 Black, 1 pair M9 Black, order got mixed up to two pairs W3 Black, Barestep confirmed they will fix the order. Still delivered the two pairs of W3 black. This was in November 2023. Still haven't received the correct pair because I have to pay the exchange fee of R250. I have to pay for their mistake. Now I will most likely wait another 2 months for the correct pair to be delivered. Needless to say in whatever year I will receive my shoes I will never use Barestep again, nor refer to any friend or family.
