Trash customer service

Absolutely no customer service besides AI and automated responses. Ordered a pair 3 weeks ago when I was promised by Laura that it would take a week due to delays..... Still haven't received any update or tracking number..... the website contact details is a number and address from North Africa....website is false advertising aswell as the reviews.
