The product is fantastic. It's so hard to find a quality "zero heel drop" running shoe, and these are incredible. And more than that, they deliver quickly and follow up efficiently. The service and support from Barestep was above and beyond every expectation. After ordering the incorrect size (which btw was delivered within 7 days), Laura was fantastic. They responded within an hour to every query. They gave me a simple and clear understanding of the process, and picked up the shoes for replacement the following day. So within 48 hours of having received the shoes I had ordered a size to large, they had already collected them to ensure they were unused and undamaged, and were sending a replacement - in the correct size. Absolutely and totally recommend them to anyone.
