Sub standard material used for shoes.
After 2 weeks, my shoes are showing scuff marks and can see that it will not last another month. After paying so much money you would expect better quality materials. I am a stylist and only work in door, and my shoes look like this. What about people who hike etc out doors. Is did contact Barestep telling them about the scuff mark and picture evidence, and got an reply that the shoes have been worn, so no exchange. I would hope the shoes have been worn, otherwise why would I complain? I am not satisfied with the way this was handled. The shoes is amazing, but they will have to work on the material, manufacturing and after sales. I’m just so sad that my new shoes is falling apart.
