Step up Barestep!

Ordered a pair of shoes on 2 Dec as a birthday gift. To date I have also just received the standard generated message regarding the delay due to Black Friday. Still no shoes so has to purchase another gift. Have requested a refund, but seeing all the comments here I am not holding out much hope :( I would just like a refund and to move on from this bad experience! Let’s see if Barestep will step up and honour my request….
