Sizing issues and return process very bad

The shoes are generally nice, but the sizing is confusing. I ordered a pair Active 3.0 white and the shoes were way too big. I returned them. This process took some weeks. Then when I finally received rhe shoes they were the wrong size. Too small. I need a 40. They first sent 41 then 39. Can I honestly not get the correct size which I already needed before my holiday in Dec. Very disappointing.
