Six weeks later and no shoes.

I ordered a pair of Barestep shoes on 25 August, fully paid for. The tracking system continues to say "waiting for an update from carrier"; there is no update. After numerous emails from, initially Laura, and later Tayla, all I get is empty promises and no shoes! Always excuses and no action. Definitely bottom of the pile for a company that promises 2-5 days' delivery. Here I am, six weeks later.
