I purchased a pair of Bare Step shoes. In the beginning they were very comfortable. After about a week they started hurting my feet. In the meantime, I purchased another two pairs on a Black Friday deal. Within 24 hours I contacted them via e-mail not to send the shoes, to cancel the purchase and please refund me. After about three weeks I received an e-mail that all purchases done on a Black Friday are not refundable, T,s & C,s apply. The T's and C's are not on their Face Book ads. To my opinion this company is very slow on response and unsympathetic. Shame on BARE STEP SHOES!!
