SHOCKING SUPPORT - NO REFUND!

please be very careful when purchasing the "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" they charge you for TWO pairs and then take forever to get your monies refunded! This has become a trend where i am seeing alot of buyers complaining that they are being charged for TWO pairs. Is this not against the law when we didnt authorise TWO payments to go off our accounts and only ONE payment? Their service is SHOCKING to say the least, no contact number to speak to anyone directly, only VIA email. Surely when you purchase something, there should be someone you can speak to like a call centre agent or something, but no - all VIA email. Sent Countless emails to the "support" but they take forever to reply - or not even reply. Rather find an alternative company who is better with support and not taking your monies, TWICE!!
