SHOCKING SERVICE, CON ARTISTS = BARESTEP

I Purchased a pair a while back, took for ages to be delivered, had to contiuously email them until I received them. Shoes are comfortable didnt do any background check to see if they were legit. Tried to order a second time and could not process the payment until eventually I managed to get though they had sold out of my size, I was promised they would send my free pairs of socks the next time they were on special.

To current 14 June, received an email from them re the special, ended up purchasing a pair for R1 399.00. They kept sending me notice to complete my order by paying more for the socks, plus delivery protection plus deliver.

I wrote to them again and explained there promise and sent them copy of mail, of which I have lost count, as all they do is resend the same old 'compete your order' b*"£sht' and do not bother to address anythin on the emails I write. Since started checking on google to see who this crowd is. Interesting Chris Young if that can be believed, teaches English in Russia ??? the other lot - Laura operate out of Greece. Have checked out the cheap shoes which are identical on line, went on to their Facebook, which incidently currently is not off line????

Now i want my refund and will do what i have to do to get it back. Their service ...? they do not know the meaning of the word. They care nothing for the customer, only interested at selling shoes that are not originally theirs for as much as possible.

Service sucks, shocking and this is *****????
