Possible design error not honoured
Bought a pair of shoes 6 months ago. Not work all that much. Noticed holes developing on the inside of both shoes. I suspect it is a design error as the "painted" stripes do not allow stretch with the result of overstretching other areas. I notified them and was offered 30% on a new pair. I responded by saying that 30% is not worth the money of having a shoe replaced that clearly has a design issue. Surely this should be honoured and shoes replaced at no charge. I have not received response since my querying the 30%.
