Poor quality

I bought a pair of their original Active shoes in September 2023 and two months later they're already starting to show signs of tearing and the sole separating from the shoe. I emailed their support asking about the warranty on the shoes and I specifically mentioned that I don't use them for exercise. Hannah rep**** with a generic, copy and paste response stating that they're not designed for rigorous sporting activities and that I had 30 days from receiving my shoes to exchange my order. Overall, a very disappointing response and poor quality shoes that probably won't last another 2 months.
