No shoes , No tracking, pathetic service

Still no tracking number after they said last week that on the promo they dont have the inner soles. We agreed that they can send the shoes and socks without the additional inner soles. Yet i havent had a response with a tracking number fro my order and I still cannot find my order on their site under "tracking" which says you can use the order number
