No response, no idea when my order will be arriving & unable to track my order on their website, says it can't be found!
No response, no idea when my order will be arriving & unable to track my order on their website, says it can't be found! I placed the order bec the advertising said that it would be delivered from the Joburg warehouse within 2-3 days. I can't get hold of anyone at Barestep! the number just rings and they dont respond to my email and messages. Quick to take your money but where is the customer service??????????

Its been a week since you took my money & you are unable to tell me when my order will arrive.
I need to make arrangements for the delivery as i am going away (without shoes) & i don't have any idea when my shoes will arrive so that i can change my address to someone who will be around...
I am really disappointed in Barestep aftersales service. I bought a pair for a gift and now who knows when they will eventually arrive...
